  HELP!
  I am having trouble with my MP3 player. I just got it and now that I am using it, I have run into a major problem. I do not know how to make a selection on it. I tried pressing the play button but nothing happened. It has like music, recording, replay, brochure ( =i think), and settings. Those are the selections. I, of course, want music, bt I can't get there!!!! Can somebdoy please help me?

  down loading music
  When I plug the MP3 player into the computer it shows that I have 30 items on the unit with 24.4 MB still available. When I unplug from the computer and try to go to music it says that there are no files. How do I get the files to "stick" so that I can listen to music that I have added?

  When I tried to transfer music I get an error message that the disk needs to be formatted. How do I do that?

  stereo will not turn on
  Just installed stereo, it will not power up. I pushed reset button and the red light beside it flashes but the stereo will still not turn on
